Must I learn Chinese?
I like the item, it works as promised, but I feel that I am not getting full enjoyment from the product, as the instruction manual is in Chinese, a language that I am unable to read a word of. I have emailed the company to ask if a manual in English is available, but I have not heard back from them, not a peep. I looked into getting it professionally translated, but it would have cost in excess of $300, and I just don't care THAT much. I cannot recommend this product, or this company. And you can keep your less-than-generous 3% discount. I will not be purchasing from your company again.
